Questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. Paying is done through Stripe Checkout, which collects an email for your receipt. There is no login, on any plan.
- What does a subscription attach to?
- One calendar. Your calendar keeps its address, so everything already subscribed to it picks up the new plan on its next refresh — nothing to re-add.
- Which teams count as "your first N"?
- The ones you picked first. Every team stays on your calendar on every plan; teams past your plan’s allowance are still there at their real times, with less detail.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your calendar goes back to Free. Same address, same teams — it just shows less. Nothing is deleted.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, up or down — all the way back to Free — straight from the plan cards above. Moving up starts now and Stripe prorates the difference; moving down starts when your paid period ends.
- What if I’m not happy?
- You get your money back. Any paid plan can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, for any reason — email support@teamcalendar.com.
